FLYCUP S’ADAPTE ET RÉPOND AUX BESOINS SPÉCIFIQUES CLIENTS

FLYCUP ADAPTS AND MEETS SPECIFIC CUSTOMER NEEDS

You should know that the customer experience, also called “fan experience”, also involves the catering service, which includes packaging and containers. However, these are sometimes not sufficiently adapted to large gatherings (lack of practicality, difficulty of circulation, etc.).

Sensitive to these issues, clubs and event organizers have started looking for solutions to overcome these constraints.

At Flycup, we do not hesitate to work hand in hand with our clients, such as OM, PSG, etc., to best understand their needs and develop tailor-made solutions to satisfy them. This could not be done without a detailed discussion phase beforehand.

The Flycup experience

THE DISCUSSION PHASE: FLYCUP, A RESPONSIVE AND LISTENING START-UP WITH SODEXO LIVE, OM’S SUPPLIER

Sodexo Live , supplier to OM , wanted to quickly find a system allowing their supporters to easily carry their drinks and in particular to be able to transport several at the same time from the refreshment bar to their seat.

In fact, the consumption experience at the Orange Vélodrome had not been improved for several years. This phenomenon can be explained by the lack of time and/or resources of large groups to improve this type of product.

Following the impossibility of responding to this type of specific request, sports clubs have no other choice than to use the consumption system already set up in the refreshment bar. Unfortunately, this system does not contribute to making the fans' consumption experience optimal, and thus results in a blatant lack of practicality and comfort, which are nevertheless necessary for a good fan experience.

Thus, requested a few months ago by Sodexo, discussions were initiated and Flycup took up the challenge of creating a tailor-made product meeting this need, as quickly as possible.

A responsive and attentive start-up thanks to its small size, Flycup and its team did not hesitate to go on site in order to quickly take note of the situation issued by Sodexo. This collaborative work between each of the two teams (Flycup and Sodexo) made it possible to perfectly target the problems and expectations of Sodexo, then subsequently to develop a 100% adapted product thanks to the packaging engineer and the eco-design unit. from which Flycup benefits: the Flycup Drink .

THE DESIGN PHASE: THE PACKAGING ENGINEER AND THE ECO-DESIGN CELL

Created in 2019, Flycup is a start-up that advocates innovation associated with the practical side necessary for consumption patterns present at large gatherings. Particularly on-the-go catering, which requires more suitable packaging. We therefore need a product that meets the specific needs in terms of mobility and comfort requested by spectators.

To do this, Flycup calls on a packaging engineer to conceptualize its packaging and create solutions that meet consumer expectations. You should know that this engineer also works in close collaboration with an eco-design unit present at the factory in order to respond to the specific requests of its customers and create tied products.

This was the case to respond to the request from Sodexo Live for OM since this collaborative work resulted in the Flycup Drink. Cup holder for holding up to 4 drinks in a single container. Perfect for saying goodbye to the return trips of spectators to the Orange Vélodrome refreshment bars, often in a rush. And what’s more, unclog them as much as possible.

Moreover, Flycup does not only travel to identify the problem and develop a product.

UNTIL THE SAVING PHASE

The Flycup teams also travel to support refreshment bars in setting up our products during events. This was the case recently at the match between OM and PSG where we visited.

We were able to ensure that the Orange Vélodrome refreshment bar staff did not encounter any particular difficulties with the assembly of the Flycup Drinks, in which case we would have responded immediately, of course.

At the same time, we were able to benefit from customer feedback. Particularly satisfactory feedback since it has resulted in supporters themselves now requesting our cup holders, the Flycup Drink, from the waiters.

The same was true for the Arkea Arena , where the feedback was also very positive since our product addresses a particular problem that spectators or supporters are no longer faced with.

Concerned about creating a product that reflects what its customers imagine, Flycup implements the means necessary for their development thanks to an eco-design unit and a packaging engineer. But not only.

As we have said, particularly responsive and attentive, these are the strengths that contribute to Flycup always responding perfectly to the needs of its customers, since it does not hesitate to work hand in hand with them. .

Finally, because there is nothing more important to Flycup than satisfying its customers, crossing France is not a problem if you have to ensure that everything goes well.
